The MFC-201 mA/BCD Converter is a device designed to convert a DC current signal into 2 BCD digits. The BCD digits are shown on a display and represented as dry contacts, as typically used in substation automation systems.

Input
User configurable scale, with minimum and maximum configurable between 0 and 20 mA. Resolution 16 bits for current loop sensing. Computation in 32 bit IEEE-754 floating point format. Interface 1 RS485 isolated (≥ 2.5 kV, 60 Hz, 1 min.) ports, with MODBUS or DNP3 support. Relays 6 relays for BCD encoding. Switching capacity of at least 5A x 250 Vac or 0.5A x 125 Vdc. Display 2 lines with 16 characters each. LCD with backlight. |
